Attention: We are NOT able to prescribe drugs. Located in Port Moody, Surrey, Vancouver, Hope and Online. Our focus is to help people understand themselves better. We work with individuals (adults and minors), couples, and families dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, grief, self-esteem, boundaries, stress, addiction, and relationship problems. We don't follow one specific approach or modality. Our team is of different backgrounds, training, and lived experiences. Our goal is to work with you in a supportive way to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing. We support you in your personal growth journey—whatever stage you are at.
