offer this service in the comfort of the patient's home.
BLISTER PACKS
We put medications in blister packs (used to separate doses) at no extra cost
(weekly or bi-weekly).
PRESCRIPTION TRANSFERS
Transferring your prescriptions to us is quick and easy.
Fill out a transfer request online to have your prescriptions transferred from
your last pharmacy.

Submit your refill request online to easily order your prescription refills.

PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS
Have a pharmacist renew a prescription or provide you with a refill extension if

PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY
We offer free delivery for your prescriptions.
VACCINATIONS & IMMUNIZATIONS
Our injection-certified pharmacists can administer most immunizations, travel
vaccinations and certain medications.

SHARPS DISPOSAL PROGRAM
Safe disposal of syringes, pen needles, lancets, insulin, pump infusion
supplies, and test strips.
MEDICATIONS RETURN PROGRAM
Safe disposal of expired or unused medications, creams, and inhalers.
MINOR AILMENTS
As of January 1, 2023, as per regulations your Richmond Pharmacy pharmacist will
be authorized and ready to prescribe medications for 13 minor ailments that
include:
Allergic rhinitis
Candidal stomatitis (oral thrush)
Conjunctivitis (bacterial, allergic and viral)
Dermatitis (atopic, eczema, allergic and contact)
Dysmenorrhea
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Hemorrhoids
Herpes labialis (cold sores)
Impetigo
Insect bites and urticaria (hives)
Tick bites, post-exposure prophylaxis to prevent Lyme disease
Musculoskeletal sprains and strains
Urinary tract infections (uncomplicated)
Dispensing fee plus medication costs * prescribed medications may be covered by
OHIP
