As a dedicated Certified Canadian Counsellor, I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals and supporting families through life's challenges. My focus includes self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and family dynamics. I work to help individuals and families build resilience, foster strong connections, and achieve lasting well-being.

With extensive experience in family systems, I work with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and nurture stronger, healthier relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based, ensuring that each client receives the care and support they need in a safe, non-judgmental space.
