We're a wellness centre specializing in many different wellness disciplines such as physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, kinesiology (active rehab), counselling, chiropractic, cold laser therapy, acupuncture and more. ​Our registered clinical counsellors assist our patients by understanding their personal issues and concerns. There are many individuals around the world suffering from at least one of the following: anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, depression, trauma, chronic pain, addictions, grief/loss, eating disorders, unexpected life changes, infertility and more. The outcome we would like to see in our patients is self-growth, improved interpersonal relationships, and enhanced self-awareness.
