The doctor I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissed my complaint. I was very shocked by the way she spoke to me, in a very condescending manner. She ended up ending the phone call while I was still speaking. We’ve used Falcon a few times as virtual walk in and we’ve been super impressed with the level of care and how efficient and pleasant it was working with the doctor. We will continue to use for sure!
I am so happy to have found this clinic. In my experience I have been able to speak to a doctor the same day. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and calls right away for follow up test results. I really appreciate this service when I can’t get into my family dr for a few weeks but when the issue doesn’t necessitate a lengthy ER visit.
Was told they would give me a prescription with requisition for a blood test. Only got the requisition. Once determined that I need an antibiotic it was sent to the wrong pharmacy, and took a while for it to be issued to the pharmacy..
very convenient and easy to access an online/virtual appointment. we're in between family doctors and it was so helpful to be seen from our home within a very short wait time.
I've never more unfriendly staff The woman was so rude and kept giving the worst attitude for no apparent reason That kind of person should not be working with public
