My years of counselling experience across different settings with diverse communities have taught me that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all model. So while I might utilize various therapeutic modalities in our work, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy or Emotion-Focused Therapy, my approach with you will be eclectic, dynamic and personalized to you and your goals.
